Position Responsibilities
- Supervise and support staff during assigned shifts, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Provide training and support to new operators and to other team members.
- Monitor workflow and delegate tasks to team members to meet productivity and service goals.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum GED or High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in supervision required
- Successful applicants will be highly organized and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as primary focus, but SAP or comparable ERP/scheduling software & Intranet are also desired).
- Good communication capabilities, internal and external focus.
