Salary: London - £28,554 - £33,022 per annum / National - £26,034 - £30,043 per annum
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until March 2026
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Administrator to join our LCDM team. In this role, you’ll be the go to individual for managing a variety of administrative tasks. This includes triaging incoming cases, booking surveyors and operatives when needed, and escalating cases to RLOs when necessary. You’ll also help ensure that our no-access cases are handled smoothly while keeping customer records accurate and up to date. Your efforts will be invigorating in helping the LCDM project run efficiently and in building optimistic relationships with our stakeholders, all while providing extraordinary service to our customers.
If you have at least a GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths, along with experience in busy environments, we’d love to hear from you! A solid background in administration is essential, as is a thorough understanding of GDPR and the proper handling of confidential information. We’re looking for someone proficient in Microsoft Office and document control software, with excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills. Clear and confident communication, both written and spoken, is also key to this role.
