Your Key Responsibilities
• Establish and control quality management organization and networks, provide resources, plan and control quality budget.
• Act as the first point of contact to provide technical guidance on quality system, processes, audits, methods, tools, initiatives and customer-related quality topics.
• Contribute to implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems, processes, guidelines and to driving quality initiatives for organization or process assigned.
• Provide technical guidance on quality system, processes, audits, methods, tools and customer-related quality topics for processes, tasks and organizations assigned.
• Coordinate implementation and sharing of corrective actions and lessons learned, foster standardization and ensure availability of technical and methodological know-how.
• Oversee delivery of training and technical support on quality process-related processes and methods.
• Consolidate KPI tracking and quality reporting, inform accountable management regularly.
• Develop and maintain an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) and Lean Continuous Improvement (CI) System
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of continuous improvement management experience with a hands-on approach
• Experience leading large-scale efficiency savings programs
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles Lean/Six Sigma methodologies including Value Stream Mapping, 5´s, TPM, Logistic concepts, Kanban system, Bottleneck theory & Business Process analysis. & knowledge of the current quality specifications
• Understands the concept of best practice and benchmarking
• Proficiency in quantifying project impact estimations (monetized and KPI based) and measures results against budgeted values
• Proficiency in process workflow definition, ERP design and systems design
• Demonstrated proficiency in coaching, teaching and generally developing employees in need- ed CI, Lean & Quality Systems skill sets
• Internal audit capability & knowledge of the current quality specifications
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic PC skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in constructing and delivering high quality presentations to large and small groups. Excellent written and verbal articulation
• Ability to travel as needed
