We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our team at Somers Parade Kindergarten.

This Diploma educator position will be working 20.75 hours per week with the following schedule:
Tuesday between 8am - 3pm
Thursday between 8am - 3pm
Friday between 8am - 2.45pm
About you
- You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference.
- You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child.
- You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member.
- You have a drive to grow and improve continually.
- You value kindness and respect.
- You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations.
- You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate.

- You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
- You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
