Responsibilities: - 

  • Process with accuracy and efficiency all customers’ orders and sales loans request, if any, in SAP.
  • Coordinate and monitor orders status to ensure timely processing of orders and invoicing where applicable.
  • Support Sales and Marketing Teams on orders processing for sales events/promotions/road shows/redemption programs and ensure the prompt closure of all such orders.                           
  • Coordinate with Warehouse/Logistics/Finance to expedite on-time deliveries to customers. 
  • Liaise and coordinate with various departments to resolve pricing, inventory, transfers, returns, invoicing, credit notes and quality issues.                                                                               
  • Process all returns including loans, promptly and ensure proper documents closure. 
  • Handle and attend to all orders enquiries on stock availability, deliveries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.   

Qualifications

Requirements: - 

  • Possess a tertiary education.  
  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in similar role, especially in retail and distribution would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel and SAP (Supply Chain)
