Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote

Job Description
At Frontline Group, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a temporary assignment. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals experiencing homelessness, providing emergency shelter support and coordinating critical resources. Your professionalism, empathy, and ability to stay calm under pressure will make a real difference.
Qualifications
- Previous call center and customer service experience.
- Skilled at handling high call volumes and multitasking.
- Prior remote work experience preferred.
- Basic technical support experience.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to toggle across multiple systems.
- Strong communication skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
- Comfortable working in emotionally charged situations.
- Must have open availability, including weekends.
- Attendance is critical: 100% required during orientation and training.
Training & Orientation
- Orientation is between October 10–14, 2025 | 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST
- Training: October 15–31, 2025 | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST, Monday–Friday (your scheduled shift will be shared with you during training, which will include the weekend)
Description
As an agent, you will:
- Answer incoming calls and provide safe, supportive shelter referrals.
- Coordinate in real time with rideshares, motels, and shelters.
- Handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- 24/7 availability is a must.
You’ll be part of a team that ensures individuals in crisis are connected to shelter and resources when they need them most. This is demanding work, but deeply rewarding.
Job Requirements
- Ability to train on weekdays, during daytime hours (approx. 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. PST).
- Must maintain open availability to work shifts within company operating hours.
- A quiet, secure home workspace is required. Agents must work in a distraction-free environment with a locking door to prevent background noise (no interruptions from kids, pets, traffic, or household sounds).
Required Technical Equipment (Not Provided)
- Windows-based laptop or desktop (Macs, Chromebooks, tablets, iPads are not compatible, you will be asked to share your screen during the interview to test your computer specs)
- 8GB of RAM minimum (16GB preferred)
- Dual monitors (your laptop or PC is considered one and one additional monitor is needed) and a high-quality headset
- Hardwired internet connection with an ethernet cable only (No Wi-Fi, mobile hotspots, or satellite internet)
- Download speed: At least 20 Mbps
- Upload speed: At least 10 Mbps
- Ping: 20 MS or lower, test your internet speed at www.SpeedTest.net
