 We are seeking a Head of Marketing who will assist in creating and implementing a B2B marketing and brand strategy to skyrocket Planet Mark, grow our reach and awareness, and ultimately attract more customers to the business.  This role will lead the marketing team to promote our purpose driven communications to wide audiences and specific sectors identified in collaboration with the Sales Director and Product leader. 

What that means day to day

  • Create and oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy, in line with the core business, product and sales strategy. 
  • Brand management and progression; support the business in identifying and implementing a brand strategy to maximise the reach and reputation of Planet Mark.
  •  Manage a team responsible for implementation of lead to nurture and, retention and upsell campaigns and our key vehicles; the Planet Mark website, events, and social media activity.
  • Responsible for providing the business analysis on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution and pipeline growth.
  • Line management responsibility for a diverse team of marketeers Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences and thought leadership contributions. 

What you’ll need to be successful

 We are seeking a marketing leader with 5+ years’ experience driving commercial growth through brand, content, and cross-channel digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling marketing programs, fluency in performance metrics, analytics, and attribution modelling, and strong experience leading teams and developing talent. A passion for sustainability, ESG, or purpose-led business models is essential.
