The Club General Manager is a dynamic leader who blends strategic vision with cultural fluency. This individual is accountable for the club’s overall operations, financial performance, and long-term success, while continuously elevating the member experience at every touchpoint. They bring a balance of strong business acumen and hospitality excellence, inspiring teams to deliver consistently high standards of service, operational efficiency, and memorable experiences. With a natural ability to engage members, foster community, and motivate teams, the Club General Manager sets the tone for a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
Requested Tasks
- Oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring seamless execution across food & beverage, events, membership services, and amenities.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, implementing strategies that achieve revenue, profitability, and service goals.
- Serve as the primary ambassador to members, guests, and the community, ensuring meaningful engagement and consistently exceptional experiences.
- Collaborate with property and corporate leaders to align operations with overall brand strategy and standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, guest feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and operational best practices across all departments.
Requested Capabilities
- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in upscale or luxury hospitality as a Club General Manager, with experience overseeing multiple departments.
- Proven track record of delivering financial results and exceptional service outcomes.
- Experience in membership clubs, boutique hotels, or lifestyle hospitality strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets and lead a dynamic, high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
- Strong communicator, self-starter, and strategic thinker with great follow-through.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Suite, and modern communication methods.
- Availability on evenings and weekends as needed.
