We will rely on you to execute full-cycle recruiting! From posting jobs you’re assigned to across various departments, screening candidates, presenting the most qualified to our hiring managers, and managing onboarding.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our teams staffed and successful!


Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, career fairs, and school partnerships.
  • Handle the full recruiting process! Posting jobs, reviewing applications, phone screening, scheduling, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand open roles and keep them updated on progress.
  • Represent Schumacher Auto at job fairs, community events, and school activities to attract new talent.
  • Work with HR and department leaders to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Travel between Palm Beach County dealership locations for interviews, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Keep candidate information accurate and organized in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support HR initiatives and other recruiting-related projects as needed.

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience. (Automotive industry experience a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable handling the end-to-end recruiting process (posting, screening, scheduling, coordinating offers, and onboarding).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple openings at once.
  • Proficient with recruiting tools such as job boards, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel between Palm Beach County dealership locations as needed.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
