JOB SUMMARY
This position will work closely with both the IT Specialist and the Director of Program Administration to provide IT support to the organization as well as work on special projects for the CFO/COO.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Moderate IT experience, including simple programming, hardware readiness, and basic issues resolution
- Basic software expertise including Microsoft Office and Google Mail, Docs, and Sheets, and agency focused software
- Some basic programming language skills preferred
- Must have AI application familiarity
- Strong project management skills for coordinating special initiatives across HR, IT, and facilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist current IT Specialist with IT issues for approximately 200 employees.
- Assist with setup when new technology/equipment is acquired.
- Maintain organization’s intranet.
- Will be troubleshooting simple IT issues.
- Will be assisting in assuring that all new employees have the necessary computer equipment to efficiently function at their job.
- Will be working closely with the Director of Program Administration and CFO/COO on various projects such as process improvement initiatives, capital improvement coordination, and policy database management.
- Will be responsible for ensuring projects for agency-wide events/days are scheduled and all components for such are in place prior to the day of.
- Will be assisting in ensuring all technology/communications equipment is set-up, and coordinating of logistics for special external events.
- Other Duties as assigned (may include setting up the request for bids for new services, receiving and reviewing bids with the Controller, scheduling meetings for the COO to meet with companies to finalize bids, and other projects as assigned).
