- Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email or fax.
- Accurately place and process orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines.
- Recognize and act on the opportunity to up sell additional products and services to customers.
- Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases and quotes in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all open quotes and unresolved customer inquiries.
- Properly and accurately documenting all calls.
- You can work a schedule of Monday- Friday 9:30 am- 6:00 p.m (EST)
- You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor in troubleshooting.
- You have reliable, high speed ethernet internet connection at home (at least 10 mpbs)
- You build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers.
- You thrive working independently and efficiently in meeting all deadlines.
- You exemplify all company policies and procedures.
- You know MS Office (Word and Excel); you may not be a master but you’re on your way
- You have a High School Diploma and/or combination of customer service experience.
- Your average typing speed is 40 wpm.
- You live in one of these states: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, or Texas.
