Russell Landscape is seeking a Seasonal Color Driver to support our Seasonal Color Crew during planting season. This position involves driving and assisting with flower installation to ensure beautiful, high-quality seasonal displays for our clients.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Seasonal position (through early to mid-November)
Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role
Responsibilities:
Safely drive crew members and materials to and from job sites
Assist with the planting and installation of seasonal flowers
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Prior landscaping or planting experience is a plus, but not required
