Job Description:This role will be based in San Francisco, New York or Chicago.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Principal HR Business Partner will oversee all aspects of Human Resources management within the core groups of the GTM Sales Ops. We are seeking a trusted advisor to collaborate with our Customer Success & Services and Scaled Solutions teams. This role encompasses business partnership and strategy, talent initiatives, employee relations, organizational design, and change management. We are looking for an experienced HR leader capable of partnering with and influencing leadership teams while engaging in a global HRBP capacity. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, self-directed, and adept at effectively implementing new programs and resolving issues on a large scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders at VP levels to manage end to end talent strategy.
- Set and align the global talent strategy with the business priorities to drive to results
- Clarity around how business strategy translates to talent and development of talent strategy based on business strategy
- Define and drive the delivery of talent processes & programs globally
- Actively participate in the functional leadership teams as a partner to the business
- Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and talent needs
- Develop and cultivate deep relationships with other HRBPs within and across functional areas
- Assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of the need to scale
- Partner with HRBPs to solve business problems and execute on org-wide talent initiatives
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges & underlying causes
- Improve manager and leadership capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop pro-active actions to further support the business objectives
- Communicate to a diverse population and understand when to flex based on the audience
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience including direct client support and management coaching of senior executives.
- 5+ years experience in the various HR functional areas, especially strategy, organization development, analytics, and change management.
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
- Proven superior leadership skills managing HR specialists (in matrix structures).
- Demonstrated track record managing ambiguous situations across several business lines.
- Strong ability to garner respect quickly across multiple stakeholders, and is approachable and collaborative with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues.
- Able to work at all levels of the HR “stack” – Strategic, operational, and tactical. Possesses the ability to think strategically and implement strategy tactically
- High integrity and will stop at nothing to safeguard compliance standards and company values

The pay range for this role is $172,000-$280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
