Responsibilities
- Partner with VP, Total Rewards to develop company-wide compensation and health benefits strategies to meet the needs of the business and overall people strategies
- Lead the development of the annual compensation planning and annual health benefit planning process for all associate groups to ensure total reward processes are consistent, best-in-class and market driven
- Partner with Labor Relations to ensure contract negotiations align with compensation and health benefit strategies
- Ensure plans meet federal and regulatory requirements
- Plan and direct the design, implementation, administration and communication of compensation and benefit programs, policies and processes
- Lead implementation planning and administrative oversight of compensation and health benefit strategies and collaborate across COE team to ensure consistency and alignment
- Manage health benefit vendor strategy and relationship management of key partnerships
- Manage health benefit budget and seek opportunities to contain cost
- Lead annual incentive plan payout process for all company incentive plans (short term and long term)
- Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to ensure programs and initiatives meet short and long-term needs
- Partner with HR Systems, Payroll and KTD leadership to ensure compensation practices, pay structures, and health benefit plans are accurately designed and administered in all systems
- Provide expertise and guidance to leaders, managers and colleagues on compensation and health benefit programs
- Ensure the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
- Travel up to 15% of time to divisions and to total reward industry meetings

Qualifications
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders with the ability to effectively influence others and manage conflict
- Demonstrated ability to protect highly confidential and sensitive information
- Highly analytical with ability obtain large amounts of data and turn it into actionable insights
- Advanced math skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel
- Strong influence management skills to drive alignment and commitment across a broad matrix at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills; ability to design processes/practices that minimize risk and drive efficiency
