The PeopleOperations Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support tothe People Operations team including HR, Recruiting, and Training. Thisentry-level role is focused on organization, scheduling, data entry, andproject support to ensure processes run smoothly. The role is task-driven,accuracy-focused, and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and dependable.Recruiting or training support experience is considered a plus, but notrequired.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Maintain organized records, trackers, and shared files.
- Enter and update data accurately in systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, training sessions, and other operational events.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as directed.
- Support team projects by completing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide logistical support for onboarding schedules, training calendars, and operational rollouts.
Recruiting & Training Support (Plus, Not Required)
- Post open roles to job boards and maintain candidate trackers.
- Schedule candidate interviews and coordinate calendars.
- Assist with training preparation such as rosters, materials, and attendance tracking.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience supporting People Operations, recruiting, or training teams.
- Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or learning management systems (LMS).
