Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise records of employee work hours, shifts, and overtime within the Management Controls Inc - MyTrack System.
  • Ability to take initiative and ensure timely approvals from the client and Management Controls Inc - MyTrack teams, reaching out as necessary via phone, email, etc.
  • Complete daily operations and reporting within Management Controls Inc - MyTrack
  • Collaborate closely with department supervisors to ensure accurate submissions within the system.
  • Generate timekeeping reports and provide timely updates to management and clients.
  •  Maintains/Monitors Management Controls Inc - MyTrack systems including gate logs, overrides, Pos, and equipment, labor and material allocations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity within all timekeeping processes.
  • Oversee general office upkeep, including cleanliness and maintenance of common areas.
  • Miscellaneous duties that may arise and are deemed necessary by On-Site Management.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in timekeeping or payroll is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with similar timekeeping/contractor management software, preferably within the mining or construction/contracting industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in timekeeping/contractor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite – Proven experience in Management Controls Inc - MyTrack preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees and clients at all levels.
  • Bilingual preferred

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
  • The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.
