Product Manager

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to join our Seed platform team at Cantaloupe Inc. This pivotal role requires extensive experience in product management skills and ideally experience in the management of unattended retail. This position will collaborate with the business stakeholders and engineers to create, prioritize and execute the product roadmap, as well as playing a key role in delivering products and features that meet corporate strategy and objectives, both short term and long term. A successful candidate will have strong product management experience launching, enhancing, optimizing and monetizing products, including a history of direct customer experience and a deep passion to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation & Strategy Development: Develop and implement a visionary strategy for the Seed Platform that incorporates AI and cutting-edge technologies. Drive innovation to enhance product features and create differentiation in the market.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and new technologies that can be leveraged within the unattended retail space.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that development is aligned with strategic goals and customer needs. Document requirements and design solutions. Prioritize features and improvements that utilize AI to deliver superior user experiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product execution and integration of new technologies.
- Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Employ strong analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from data, using these insights to inform product decisions and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in Product Management
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of data interpretation and application.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams through complex projects and timelines.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering impactful solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in operations or technology in the unattended retail industry
- Experience with Warehouse Management, Data Warehouse, Analytics concepts and tools
- Experience in environments utilizing AI and advanced technology solutions.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
- Background in tech-driven industries
- Advanced degree in business, analytics, engineering, or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and external customers
