2025-26 Substitute Salary Schedule
2025-26 Substitute Teacher Pay Rates Full Day = 7 .SO Hours Half Day= 3.75 Hours 1-30 Days* $32.48/Hour 31-60 Days* $36.81/Hour 61+ Days* $41.14/Hour LTS Days 1-20 $292.35/Day LTS Days 21+ $324.83/Day
Substitute time is reported via Frontline Absence Management and verified by sign-in sheets at each building. Reports will be turned in by the building secretaries on the 30th/31st of each month for payment on the last working day of the following month. For example, substitutes will be paid for September 1st through September 30th on the last working day of October. Castle Rock School District employees use direct deposit, and pay stubs will be available via Employee Access. Please keep your banking information current. Complete a new Direct Deposit form whenever you have changes to your banking information (change of bank, new account, etc.). Direct Deposit forms are available on our website or in the Payroll Office and must be physically signed and turned in at the District Office or Payroll Office for processing. Remember, if you have any changes such as name, address or phone please request changes via Employee Access, or complete an Employee Information Update form and submit it to the Payroll Office. Forms are available online or at the District Office. *Substitute teachers who worked 60 or more days during the previous school year will begin the new school year at the 31-60 day pay rate ($35.91/hour).
There are no benefits offered except Employee Paid Sick Leave as outlined in RCW 49.46.210
