Overview:

**Position contingent upon contract award**

 

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Intel Architect to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to intelligence systems support, including DCGS-A, AIDP, ICI, and TITAN.
  • Lead the integration of server and software for these intelligence Programs of Record (PoR).
  • Oversee the analysis and reporting on terrorism, organized crime, and insider threats using tools like DBIDS.
  • Direct data analysis and fusion activities to generate the Commander's Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).
  • Establish standards and processes to identify intelligence architectural shortfalls and resource requirements.
  • Lead the delivery, operation, and management of intelligence services for C2.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
  • An active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
  • DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 651 Certs: CISSO or CISSP or GCIA or GCLD or GCSA or GICSP or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
  • Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.
Working Conditions:
  • Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations.
  • Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
