Kal Tire is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our new multipurpose Tire Retread and Warehouse facility on site in Amaranth, Ontario. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle daily administrative functions to support operations.
  • Work with various software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft and internal vendor systems.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines with efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with internal teams.

What You Bring:

  • Extensive office experience working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office-based software.
  • A people-focused attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
