Key Responsibilities
- Manage export distributors as well as key MI dealers and e-commerce accounts across Europe and designated international markets
- Establish regional sales targets, segmentation strategies, and tactical action plans across both channel tiers
- Actively recruit and nurture direct dealer relationships, especially in territories where a distributor model is not optimal.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with both types of partners, offering tools, content, and training to drive sell-through.
- Coordinate with marketing and education teams to activate campaigns and product demos at the local dealer level.
- Develop pricing and promotional frameworks aligned with channel type and market maturity.
- Analyze sales performance, identify whitespace, and implement commercial initiatives tailored to MI verticals and dealer profiles.
- Support new product introductions with launch planning, demo support, and regional adaptation where necessary.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and territory insights.
- Participate in trade events, roadshows, and local market activations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years of international sales experience in the MI or audio technology industry, with hands-on experience managing both distributors and retail dealers.
- Deep familiarity with products for musicians, producers, and educators—especially synths, drum machines, interfaces, and digital production tools.
- Ability to juggle high-level strategic thinking with detailed tactical execution across complex territories.
- Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
- Passion for music creation, instruments, and technology is essential.
