Are you highly organized, personable, and motivated by helping others take the next step in their education? Join our team as an Admissions Coordinator and play a key role in supporting student recruitment and enrollment.


In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative, scheduling, and outreach support to our Field Admissions Representatives. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping to pre-qualify leads, schedule interviews, and maintain meaningful follow-up to keep students engaged.

Requirements

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact and pre-qualify prospective student leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for Field Representatives.
  • Support prospective students through consistent outreach and follow-up.
  • Assist with recruitment events and on-campus engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the Student Readiness Coordinator and Field Representatives to ensure a seamless admissions process.

Associated Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office products. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective students. 
  • Proficient in calendar management and basic CRM or lead tracking systems. 
  • Prior experience in admissions, sales, or customer service preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team. 

Qualifications (A combination of the following experience and training, or the equivalent of, would be qualifying):

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education 
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, admissions, or a related field.
