Essential Job Functions

  • Make observations and takes measurements directly, and collects and interprets data from other technical and operating staff
  • Performs quality assurance tests on all new application builds upgrades before they are placed into production
  • Works strategically with cross functional members in implementing new projects with operations
  • Takes input from Management and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
  • Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas, while understanding the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently.
  • Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively, prepares reports, flow diagrams and charts, while ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration.
  • Freight Forwarding background preferred
  • Minimum 3 years Business Analysis Experience
  • Programming Languages – SQL
