We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Hospitality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Train and mentor staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles
- Manage budgets and financial reporting

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
