Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented National Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our channel partner relationships to drive revenue and market share. Your primary focus will be on cultivating strong partnerships, driving sales initiatives, and providing exceptional support to our channel partners. This is an entry-level position with ample opportunities for growth and career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and value-added partners.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Train and educate channel partners on our products, services, and value proposition to enable them to effectively sell and support our offerings.
- Monitor channel partner performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Provide ongoing support to channel partners, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating resources as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market trends for management review.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 4+ years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Travel:
- 50% travel
