Account Deficiency Representative
Join Nelbud's growing team and become a crucial part of the success of the company. Nelbud is The Leader in Fire Protection, Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning, and Grease Trap Services. The Account Deficiency Rep will provide proposals/quotes for service deficiencies that arise with our non-key account customers. The position is empowered to make smart, well-thought-out decisions based on real-time data given to them by the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and/or FSM (Field Service Management) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- To be the point of contact and support for the service deficiencies that arise
- Work as a liaison between customers and local Area Managers
- Follow up on completed services and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Quote new or stalled deficiencies as well as complementary services daily
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company sales goals
- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reports for business operations
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience and knowledge of CRM and FSM systems
- Experience and knowledge of Salesforce Field Service
- Experience developing quotes
- Ability to maintain strategies and collect information and data from customers or partners
- Ability to conduct ongoing customer needs that support customer operations
- Above-average understanding of customer service
- Problem solver and relationship builder
