How you will make history here…

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products through our facility. By managing daily receiving and shipping operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting production needs through SAP, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance will help set new standards in operational excellence.

What you will do…

• Order and receive ingredients using SAP to support daily production

• Manage daily crewing and timecard entries in Kronos

• Ensure safety and warehouse compliance

• Oversee outbound shipping of finished products

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory of production materials

• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Who will you work with…

You’ll collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager, Production Supervision, Corporate teams, and Planning departments. While the exact team size isn’t specified, you’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional group that values communication and teamwork to meet production goals.

What you will bring to the table…

Must Have:

• High School Diploma

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience with systems and software.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in SAP, cWMS, and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of GMP, 5S, and warehouse best practices.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with Kronos for timekeeping.

• A background in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with production planning and logistics coordination.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
