The Customer Service Representative role is fundamental to supporting our growing and varied customer base.   You need to be committed to being a highly customer-focused team worker, who can demonstrate flexibility when required, be motivated and willing to take on new initiatives. You will also be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates, invoices and sales orders

  • Reviewing information on estimates and invoices with Customer Service Managers.

  • Completing costing analysis and calculate profit margins.

  • Providing assistance and support to Manager of Customer Service and Customer Service Managers.

  • Preparing and reviewing complex engine information with Customer Service Managers

  • Coordinating all customer support activities in relation to piece part sales, exchanges, and component repairs

  • Answering incoming calls and providing front line support.

  • Coordinating information with engine shop personnel when necessary.

  • Capture and report on department data and KPI’s as required.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A strong commercial understanding and basic accounting techniques, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience in aerospace industry and aircraft engine exposure and knowledge is desirable.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to interact at various organisational levels including customers, staff and senior management.

  • Experience in Sales, or Customer Support or related field is a must.

  • Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
