Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting, planning, administering, and completing endpoint deployment specific tasks for assigned projects, which may cross several functional areas, such as services, operations, or administration.


Key Responsibilities:


•    Manage aspects of subcontractor relationship including review invoices, authorize payments, interpret contract, and resolve disputes. Monitor material orders, shipment schedule, and technical performance against contract terms and conditions
•    Provide operational input In pre-planning the installation, deployment, and operation for AMI deployment projects
•    Provide subject matter expertise for material orders, logistics, Invoicing, and billing
•    Communicate and work effectively within the project/program team and the order fulfillment team
•    Maintain exceptional customer engagement skills 
•    Provide excellent communication between affected groups such as order fulfillment, logistics, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
•    Create and provide quantitative reports on a periodic basis to confirm acceptable progress of deployment project. Reports will contain sufficient detail to demonstrate areas of concern or problems

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


•    Individual must possess and demonstrate excellent knowledge of and competency in managing logistics and ordering processes, including planning tasks and issues management, as well as communication skills, technical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis. 
•    Individual must be fluent in software and Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.    
•    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret. SAP reports, for deliveries, open orders, RMA 
•    Ability to write reports, business correspondence, create powerpoint presentations 
•    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 
•    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry; apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. 
•    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.  
•    Personal Computer knowledge 
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 
•    Keyboard/typing skills 
•    Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.


Accountabilities:


•    Assignments may vary in length and complexity but are generally not permanent. 
•    Does not supervise staff but may provide work direction to or collaborate with individuals supporting a project. 


Education and Experience:


•    Associates Degree and 4 years of project coordination or technical support experience in an electronic technology related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  

 

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements/Safety/PPE/OHSAS: 


•    Working Conditions: Typical indoor office environment with the majority of time spent sitting and working on a computer using keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Occasional use of other devices such as: phone, copier/printer/fax, etc. 
  
•    Physical Requirements: Typical office setting. Required to stand; walk; crouch; or handle objects. Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Ability to sit and view computer screen for long periods of time. The ability to see, hear, & speak in English. Reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 
  
•    Personal Protection Equipment/Other OHSAS-18001 Safety Requirements: Ensure the continued efforts and assist in achieving annual goals of health, safety, and environmental policies. Must be current with available OSHA/Safety Training provided by the Company. If required, must be able to work while wearing safety equipment such as hard hats, work boats, gloves, hearing protection, and others.

Pay is in the range of $74,817 - $90,120 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
