We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Veeva Vault Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of Veeva Vault modules including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing functions. You’ll also support and enhance third-party and custom-built applications, primarily within Operations.Position

Location: Hybrid – Tampa, FL 33602 (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base salary + ~10% annual bonus
Key Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Veeva Vault modules to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and recommend configuration changes.
Own Tier 1, 2, and 3 system changes from scope definition through post-production support.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
Translate business processes into technical specifications across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing.
Plan and execute off-hours changes to ensure GxP compliance with minimal disruption.
Serve as liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to ensure system alignment.
Administer and integrate third-party/custom applications with Veeva Vault.
Maintain documentation, develop training materials, and provide ongoing user support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
6+ years of hands-on Veeva administration experience, including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats.
Current Veeva certifications required.
Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration best practices.
Experience with third-party/custom application integration in Operations and Regulatory.
Familiarity with GxP or other regulatory frameworks (certifications a plus).
Deep knowledge of Veeva platform architecture and system integrations.
Proven experience with change management and production environment updates.
Ability to support audits and regulatory inspections through data integrity checks.
Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
