What You’ll Do
As the Executive Assistant & Employee Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a dual role at the center of our organization—providing high-level support to executives while owning key elements of the employee journey. You’ll ensure operations run smoothly for leadership and craft meaningful experiences that bring culture to life.
Enable Executive Excellence:
- Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and expenses with precision.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-ups; track deliverables and deadlines.
- Act as liaison for executives, ensuring professional communication inside and outside the company.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
Orchestrate Onboarding Success:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding coordination—partnering with HR, IT, and managers.
- Build personalized schedules and communications to ensure every new hire feels welcomed and equipped.
- Serve as the go-to contact for new employees during their first 30–90 days.
- Continuously improve onboarding tools, templates, and processes.
Deliver High-Impact Events:
- Plan and execute internal events such as:
- New hire orientation
- SimuOne Full Company Conference and company-wide all-hands
- Sales QBRs
- President’s Club and cultural celebrations
- Own event logistics: budgets, vendors, catering, technology, communications, and follow-up metrics.
- Ensure events foster engagement, recognition, and alignment with company goals.
Lead Culture & Collaboration:
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Operations on initiatives that reinforce culture.
- Maintain event calendars, onboarding resources, and internal documentation.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives for executive leadership.
What You’ll Bring

- Collaboration & Influence: Confidence working with executives, stakeholders, and new hires alike.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a high-impact administrative role.
- Proven experience with calendar/travel management at the executive level.
- Event planning and/or onboarding coordination experience strongly preferred.
- High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and project management tools.

Pay range: $65,000 -70,000 (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location)
