The role encompasses leadership in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care systems while also managing staffing, fiscal planning, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Director of Interventional Radiology, the Nurse Manager serves as a key clinical and administrative leader, aligning unit-level operations with broader organizational goals and patient experience standards.
