The role encompasses leadership in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care systems while also managing staffing, fiscal planning, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. This position actively promotes professional development, ethical practice, research integration, and interdisciplinary collaboration while fostering a safe, therapeutic, and inclusive care environment. Reporting to the Director of Interventional Radiology, the Nurse Manager serves as a key clinical and administrative leader, aligning unit-level operations with broader organizational goals and patient experience standards. You will be required to provide support to all radiology sites staffed by UCLA Health.
