- Lead and coordinate critical areas of pipe finishing, outlets/specials and loading.
- Coordinate and assure proper material deliveries
- Ensure safety, quality, and production objectives are met by being a presence on the floor with practical relevant experience to reinforce best practices.
- Develop action plans in order to meet deadlines and responsibilities.
- Monitor personnel for adherence to company policies and productivity
- Read blueprints and specifications and be technically proficient
- Produce a quality product (including quality evaluations) that meets the customers’ expectations while ensuring that drawings and job specifications are followed
- Communications and Training

- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
- 2 years of Leading experience leading a team in the manufacturing or production support process.
- Physical Demands:
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively.
- Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching; the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds.
- Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to changes in temperature, exposure to dust and fumes.
- Use of ear plugs and other PPE – such as hard hat, steel-toes boots, gloves and safety glasses as required.
