Description
Executive Sales Leadership
•
Develop and execute a forward-thinking, multi-year sales strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities, while leading national, regional, and independent sales efforts to achieve company-wide revenue goals
•
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, distributors, and industry influencers to drive strategic partnerships and growth, leveraging a strong network to accelerate access to key accounts in the corporate and promotional apparel space
•
Evaluate the current sales force to identify capability gaps and opportunities for optimization and realignment
•
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategy with product development, marketing, and operations across the organization
Leadership and Team Development
•
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, including national, regional, and independent leaders
•
Establish a disciplined sales culture grounded in accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement by setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing feedback and strategic guidance to elevate team performance
•
Implement sales training programs that strengthen team capabilities and promote a culture of excellence
Sales Operations and Infrastructure
•
Oversee the implementation of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and introduce scalable sales processes and tools to improve productivity, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting accuracy
•
Foster close collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and strengthen customer retention
Product Partnership and Merchandising Insight
•
Partner with product and merchandising teams to influence future assortments by serving as the voice of the customer throughout the 18-month product development cycle, from concept to delivery.
•
Translate sales and customer insights into actionable product strategies, helping craft internal narratives that connect market demand to merchandising and business decisions
Industry Engagement and Brand Positioning
•
Represent Antigua at key trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and market presence
•
Serve as a thought leader within the corporate and promotional apparel space, telling a compelling story about Antigua’s value, innovation, and strategic vision
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
•
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
•
Proven success in scaling sales teams and delivering multi-million-dollar revenue growth
•
Extensive network and proven relationships within the corporate and promotional apparel industry with deep understanding of the B2B promotional space and apparel-specific market dynamics
•
Strong financial fluency, including experience managing forecasts, budgets, and P&L accountability
•
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms, with a data-driven approach to sales leadership
•
Willingness to travel to support national and regional sales initiative
