Fulfillment Team Lead (S4)
📍 Location: Durham, NC
💼 FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group (MPG) as a Fulfillment Lead (S3) and play a hands-on leadership role in ensuring excellence across our warehouse and shipping operations. This senior-level, non-supervisory role provides daily guidance, mentorship, and support for fulfillment team members while ensuring that products and materials are received and shipped accurately, safely, and on time.
As a Fulfillment Lead, you’ll work closely with management, help improve workflows, and ensure fulfillment processes meet quality, safety, and ISO standards.
🔹 What You Will Do
Lead and support daily fulfillment activities, including shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory handling
Mentor, train, and guide fulfillment staff to ensure team success
Partner with management to diagnose operational issues and recommend improvements
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, timesheet review, and training documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, QMS procedures, and safety requirements
Maintain housekeeping and correct or report any safety hazards promptly
Support security practices and operational compliance across assigned areas
🔹 What You Will Bring
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
4+ years of fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse experience (manufacturing preferred)
Previous lead or mentoring experience strongly preferred
Experience in ISO 9001 environments highly desirable
Skills & Abilities
Strong leadership, training, and team coordination skills
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), intranet tools, and MIS systems
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
