Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of plant equipment and processes through effective repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and process equipment across the facility.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize production disruptions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance tasks.

- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.

- Certifications & Licenses: May vary depending on specific role requirements.
- Additional Requirements: Completion of TPC training program as scheduled.
