Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of plant equipment and processes through effective repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role plays a critical part in minimizing downtime and supporting overall operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and process equipment across the facility.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize production disruptions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance tasks.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and GX Developer.
  • Certifications & Licenses: May vary depending on specific role requirements.
  • Additional Requirements: Completion of TPC training program as scheduled.

Work Environment:

  • Setting: Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
