- Return all owner telephone calls to the Owner Relations line within 48 hours of the message. Will handle phone calls up to 70-75% of the workday
- Documenting calls from royalty and working interest owners
- Facilitate discussion with owners in order to determine the issue and provide a solution if able to do so with information on hand or direct more complex issues/questions to the appropriate department
- Provide assistance to owners with changes and/or updates to their accounts - address changes, mailing out deceased letters, change of address letters and transfer requirements for various areas in order to process any changes to the distribution of royalty payments
- Provide administrative support, file research and data input assistance for Land Administration (i.e. Division Order & Lease Records)
- Assist in handling receipt of incoming mail and disbursing to appropriate groups within Land Administration
- Assist in routine owner account set ups within Quorum
- Assist in maintaining accurate name and address data for lessors and partners
- Respond to inquiries from mineral owners, title attorneys and other third parties regarding property interests
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Able to complete work accurately on a timely basis
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an Owner Relations role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

- 2+ years of industry experience
