General Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Account Manager to secure and grow national and enterprise-level accounts in the roofing and waterproofing industry. This role is focused on building relationships with corporate facilities teams, procurement leaders, and decision-makers at Fortune 500 and multi-location companies such as retailers, manufacturers, distribution centers, and large-scale property portfolios.

Industry-specific experience is not required, but candidates must have a proven track record in B2B business development, sales strategy, and corporate account management. The ideal candidate thrives on building strategic partnerships, navigating complex organizations, and delivering tailored solutions to national brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new corporate accounts within retail, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, hospitality, and other sectors with multi-location needs.
  • Build strong relationships with executives, procurement managers, and facilities leaders at enterprise-level organizations.
  • Develop customized proposals and service programs for national accounts, leveraging the company’s roofing and waterproofing expertise.
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach to contract execution, including presentations, RFP responses, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with operations, estimating, and project management teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery for large accounts.
  • Track, report, and forecast sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Attend corporate-level industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to develop strategies that expand market share in targeted corporate sectors.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or corporate account management.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and working with multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling proposals and business cases.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience selling facility services, construction, or capital improvement projects to national brands.
  • Established network within retail, manufacturing, or corporate real estate sectors.
