What You’ll Do
As an AP/AR Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the dealership’s day-to-day operations. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly impact the efficiency and success of our accounting department.
Who You Are
- Experienced in automotive dealership AP/AR (required).
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A clear, professional communicator who works well with both internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with dealership accounting software (a plus).

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):
o Accrual begins on your first day.

0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked
3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.

Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to a year experience; or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
- Mathematical aptitude to include calculating figures such as
o Discounts
o Interest
o Commissions
o Proportions
o Percentages
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
