1. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
   Minimum experience and requirements:

• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge: Knowledge of the product in general.
• Computer Skills to use different software and programs
• Very good knowledge of Excel.

1. KEY COMPETENCIES:

• An analyst needs a variety of analytical tools and techniques to interpret the problem and provide the solution. Investigate, assess risks, collect, analyze and review data effectively, specify requirements and more.
• Problem solving: Ability to solve problems effectively and determine the cause of them.
• Initiative and proactivity: Take initiative so that objectives are achieved, maintaining active behavior.
