Who We’re Looking For

PMP is looking for energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team. The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.


Position Description: Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position is located at a 55+ age-restricted high-rise in Laguna Woods Village. The Front Desk Staff serve a crucial and critical role by being able to directly serve the residents of these luxury High-Rise Condominium Towers. The Towers is an active senior community offering a hotel-style living experience. 


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver extraordinary customer service to residents in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Assist residents with general questions including but not limited to billing, maintenance requests, reservations, and activity scheduling.
  • Professionally communicate with residents, team members and vendors in person, via e-mail or phone.
  • Field phone calls, assist realtors in accessing units.
  • Schedule Move-in/Move-out dates.
  • Utilize multiple software platforms to provide a variety of services and information to residents.
  • Embrace flexibility and change with additional duties that may be assigned in order to assist the community.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • A drive and passion to assist others
  • Ability to perform under deadlines and pressure combined with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and self-starter
  • Ability to build rapport with residents, team members and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
  • Able to carry and move items up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

Availability to work the 3rd shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

24 hours per week
