Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- In compliance with food safety requirements from storage to production to sales
- Ensure employee safety is trained and maintained
- Contribute to the development and improvement to NVG standards
- Develop, implement and improve NVG standards
- Merchandizing product according to NVG standards
- Work with marketing to promote product
- Manage product flow in department
- Manage and record inventory
- Ensure product in department is labeled correctly
- Communicate with store manager about adjustment to pricing
- Employee Interviews, Training, Review and Improvement
- Employee scheduling to meet department goals for hours of operation and labor percentage
- Customer experience
- Manage the cleaning, maintenance and repair of all equipment in department
- Manage employee appearance as per NVG standards for the department
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Speak, read and write English
- Able to use MS Teams
- Able to use MS Excel
- Able to use HRIS for payroll, scheduling and reporting
