Strategic Staffing Grant Manager at Clint ISD

*This position is Grant Funded; Funding is guaranteed for the 25-26 School year; Thereafter the position is contingent upon funding*

Salary Range:  $60,433 - $72,809 (Minimum-Midpoint) 
Contract Days: 212

Minimum Qualifications : 

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university 
• Valid Texas Teacher Certification
• Three (3) years experience as a classroom teacher
• Two (2) years experience in instructional support or program coordination , preferred 

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
• Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, campus leaders, and external partners.
• Knowledge of instructional coaching practices and strategic staffing concepts preferred.
• Proficiency in record-keeping, data tracking, and using productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
