Summary:
Works with the Sales Representatives to identify customers for Finished Product and Drapery Hardware. Teach/assist in measuring for drapery and hardware. Give guidance on Hardware motorization and installation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represents and manages Fabricut, Stroheim, Vervain, S. Harris and Trend in a professional manner and appearance.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers.
- Advises customer as to kind and quantity of fabric needed for Window Treatments and appropriate hardware for specific uses.
- Discusses features and qualities of fabric such as weave, texture, color and usage.
- Teach customers how to navigate the Fabricut websites for Finished Product and Hardware.
- Assist/teach customers how to accurately measure window treatments and hardware.
- Writes up Quotes for window treatments and hardware.
- Respond to customer’s questions and problems on a timely basis and offer a solution as quickly as possible, mediating and resolving challenges fairly.
- Interfaces with other departments to provide good service.
- Displays good safety and housekeeping practices.
- Uses material and equipment effectively.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience with Window Treatments required
- Workroom knowledge beneficial
- Ability to learn product lines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work effectively with others.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Must be able to travel overnight for most sales territories.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to follow geographical directions.
