Description
Summary
Responsible for driving the commercial, clinical and/or new marketing activities and requirements of the portfolio of products that they have been assigned to in the Legacy business. This person will be the primary commercial and/or clinical lead for the portfolio of products/programs under their care, with partnership and collaboration with other ARKRAY business groups.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and tactics to build the ARKRAY brand as well as conduct margin analysis, industry/market research, and in-life performance measurements.
- Develop, define, drive and supervise the generation of clinical evidence for ARKRAY’s product lines (e.g. poster development, white papers, case studies, presentations, clinical projects/partnerships.)
- Act as the clinical relationship manager during the execution of key clinical studies.
- Create formal business cases and product descriptions and work as a facilitator between the various internal organizations to ensure product policy and processes are negotiated, documented, and executed accurately.
- Develops pricing, pricing changes and manages tariff updates in partnership with Legal & Regulatory.
- Project management of all product development/integration/launches/changes throughout implementation. Inclusive if support materials, commercialization and product training.
- Provide market insight and liaise with R&D, Regulatory and Operations Departments to drive new product development to exploit niche markets and developing market trends.
- Fosters relationships with Key Opinion Leaders at the local, regional and national level in all relevant fields. Use the relation to identify and develop speakers/advocates for ARKRAY products.
- Creates medical and scientific marketing, promotional materials, sales collateral and programs that drive awareness, exposure and affinity to the ARKRAY technologies.
- Manage the CE/CEU/CE programs sponsored by ARKRAY.
- Provide input and advice in their expert filed to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform literature searches and prepare key publication library in conjunction with product marketing.
- Perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years’ of relevant work experience in the Product Management, Clinical or Marketing field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including, but not limited to Word, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/Salesforce)
- Ability to travel.
Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation.
- Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing.
Physical Requirements
Heavy keyboarding / PC use.
