We’re looking for a Resourcing Analyst to join our Customer Care team and help drive performance through smart resource planning and data-driven insights. This role is critical to ensuring we deliver excellent service to our customers while supporting operational efficiency across Billing, Wholesale, and Telephony teams.
Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting on service levels and performance measures.
Proactive resource planning and trend analysis.
Identifying and mitigating performance risks.
Managing intraday resources and staff scheduling.
Supporting outbound customer campaigns.
Collaborating with IT on telephony improvements.
Testing new lines introduced to the business.
What We’re Looking For
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience leading and mentoring teams.
Strong initiative and self-management.
Level 3 education standard or equivalent experience (required).
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (desirable).
