Description
Oversees and coordinates new model projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards are met. Leads cross-functional engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions that align with company goals.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee process engineering, toolroom, machine build, and automation teams to ensure program deliverables are met, drive continuous improvement, and manage projects from concept through completion.
- Monitor progress, address risks, and ensure quality standards.
- Lead communication and reporting with management and customers.
- Implement improvements in process capability, safety, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in engineering project management with emphasis on automation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
