Description
Responsible for leading sales operations across JR Manufacturing locations (Ohio, Tennessee, and Mexico) with a focus on customer communication for new programs, cost adjustments, and negotiations. This role drives sales growth, manages customer relationships, and ensures alignment between client needs and company capabilities.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary customer contact for new program launches, cost adjustments, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Manage and guide sales team performance and professional development.
- Track and report sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years in sales management, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
